Throughout our design, construction, and operations of our real estate properties, we continuously aim to advance the industry and set the new standard for environmentally-conscious real estate.

  • 5x increased commitments on renewable and clean energy businesses and technologies by 2025.

  • At least 10MW of on-site solar power across global real estate portfolio by 2025.

​

  • 20% carbon emission reduction across aggregated global investments where AGM has direct energy usage control.

Inclusivity

From our local recruitment and partnerships with non-profit organizations within and outside of our immediate communities, we seek to create meaningful impact for everyone around us for decades to come.
