ALLY REIT is a public real estate investment trust listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). It is the largest independent diversified REIT in Thailand, investing in premier community mall and retail-led mixed use properties in affluent and high-growth markets in Thailand.ALLY USA Real Estate
ALLY USA Real Estate is the flagship special situations fund investing in opportunistic real estate across US gateway markets. The fund partners with strong local operators to execute differentiated strategies in the distressed commercial, industrial, residential, and hospitality sectors. The fund was closed as of March 2024.ALLY KEX Private Equity
ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust is Thailand's first private equity fund available for retail investors. The special situations vehicle provided liquidity for experienced sponsors on late-stage luxury residential projects in greater Bangkok. The fund was closed in October 2022 and has been fully deployed as of October 2023.ALLY Credit
ALLY Credit is a US credit platform structured through private real estate nationwide lender iBorrow. To date, iBorrow has originated nearly $2 billion since its inception in 2014. The strategy specializes in senior-secured bridge loans on commercial and residential properties across the United States.

INTERCONTINENTAL HUA HIN
The Intercontinental Residences Hua Hin project consists of 238 luxury residential units located on one of the most exclusive beachfront addresses in Hua Hin, Thailand's premier luxury resort town 2 hours away from Bangkok. The high-quality asset is located in one of the only supply-constrained markets in the country, and ALLY's creative capital solution allowed the experienced sponsorship group to complete the latest-stage of project construction.

SOHO MULTIFAMILY PORTFOLIO
The residential and retail portfolio is located in New York City's prime Soho district, and houses New York's iconic live entertainment venue, Mercury Lounge. In 2021, the portfolio underwent a full high-end renovation, positioning it as premier multifamily rentals. The project benefits greatly from robust demand in the supply-constrained submarket. The portfolio provides great accessibility to the city's luxury retail, dining, and entertainment offerings.

111 PRADITMANUTHAM
111 Praditmanutham is a next-generation lifestyle mixed-use development on the prime Ekamai-Ramintra corridor in Bangkok, Thailand. The wellness-first design maximizes sustainability, air flow, outdoor space, and natural light. Demand in 111 superseded other mixed-use office development in Bangkok, highlighting the consumer's desire for boutique high-quality and environmentally-sustainable buildings located in affluent submarkets.

LUXURY HOTEL BEVERLY HILLS
The luxury hotel is located in the heart of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, California. ALLY USA closed on the financing on the property in 2022, and was focused on improving operational performance and maximizing underutilized spaces. The asset is located in the golden triangle of Beverly Hills, one of the most highly-sought after real estate submarkets globally, and benefits from limited new supply as well as continued tourism growth.
